When a crisis hits an area the general population in that area typically goes into “panic mode”. Often times, grocery store shelves are depleted of supplies, hardware stores run out of necessary tools and equipment that are vital for repairs and recovery, and other resources are exhausted. It can be an extremely difficult situation to endure.
Of course, some people will pre-plan and prepare for these type of crisis situations – especially if there is a notice given ahead of time. They will rush to the stores to get provisions they think they will need on hand should the crisis hit.
